ISANS' Practice Interview Program is designed to assist immigrant professionals with intermediate or higher English proficiency who are actively job searching, to prepare for job or post-secondary admissions interviews. This volunteer opportunity involves one-on-one sessions and is based on your availability.
As a volunteer, you will:
Review job or program descriptions
Customize questions
Review the client's resume and LinkedIn profile
Conduct a 30-minute to 1-hour practice interview
Provide constructive feedback and assessment
Coaching may be included, but resume critique is not required
Interviews can be conducted in person, remotely, or by telephone, offering flexibility to both volunteers and clients.
